Staff Summary
• Program Year 2025 will be the first year Lake County solicits applications for Opioid Settlement Funds.
• Applications will be accepted between November 2024 and January 2025.
• Goals in the first year include a 5% decrease in fatal overdoses and a 10% decrease in non-fatal overdoses by April 2026.
• Successful applications will pursue the set goals through the application of the following program strategies: harm reduction, case management and system navigation, and recovery services.
