R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Engle Drive, from Illinois Route 83 to Illinois Route 132, which will be improved under the Illinois Highway Code for a total of 2.20 miles; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
