Staff Summary

•                     The changes requested are as a result of an interest arbitration award granted on October 10, 2012.

•                     The CBA changes were approved by the Union January of 2013.

•                     The CBA shall be effective for three year period from December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2013.

•                     Wages shall be increased in the following manner: 12/1/2010-2.50% general increase; 12/1/2011-2.75% general increase; 12/1/2012-3.00% general increase.
