WHEREAS, the term of Kristen Mittl Pollina as a member of the Lake County Board of Health expired on June 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Kristen Mittl Pollina as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term beginning on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2029.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Kristen Mittl Pollina as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term beginning on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2029, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
