The Governing Council will consider the request for removal of Manuel Hernandez from the Lake County Community Health Center Governing Council and take action pursuant to Article VII, Section D of the Governing Council Bylaws.

To remove Manuel Hernandez from membership and as Vice Chair of the Lake County Community Health Center Governing Council effective immediately, pursuant to Article VII, Section D of the Governing Council Bylaws.
