RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Frank Wagner resigned from the Beach Park Fire Protection District effective October 7, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the resignation of Frank Wagner creates a vacancy on the Beach Park Fire Protection District; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Richard Ludowise as a trustee of the Beach Park Fire Protection District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, beginning immediately and ending on May 2, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Richard Ludowise as a trustee of the Beach Park Fire Protection District for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 2, 2027, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
