RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lake County's IT/ET is requesting authorization for a contract with Mythics, Inc. for licensing and subscription of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud application; and
WHEREAS, this contract is for three years in the amount not to exceed $132,000 annually for a total of $396,000; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
