· This resolution appropriates $395,000 of County Bridge Tax funds, $955,000 of Matching Tax funds and $2,465,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for this improvement and rescinds the appropriation resolution adopted by the County Board on October 9, 2007 to match current fund balances, and designated as Section 02-00107-07-CH.

WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Board of Lake County, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids by publication for the improvement of the intersection of Darrell Road (County Highway 44) at Burnett Road and designated as Section 02-00107-07-CH; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on October 21, 2008 at 10:00 A.M., at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
