WHEREAS, the term of Timothy Powell as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Timothy Powell as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term ending September 13, 2011.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Timothy Powell is hereby reappointed to serve on the Avon-Fremont Drainage District.
