WHEREAS, the term of Suriyya Latif as a member of the Public Water District expired on May 1, 2026; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Kevin McCoy, Sr. as a member of the Public Water District for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 4, 2031.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Kevin McCoy, Sr. as a member of the Public Water District for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 4, 2031, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
