RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the bylaws of the Lake County Partners require that the County Administrator be a member of the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, Patrice Sutton was appointed County Administrator on January 1, 2024; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Patrice Sutton, to serve as a Member-at-Large on the Lake County Partners Board of Directors, for a term beginning immediately and ending on November 30, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Patrice Sutton as a Member-at-Large of the Lake County Partners Board of Directors, for a term beginning immediately and ending on November 30, 2024, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
