WHEREAS, the term of Clinton E. Case as a Member of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District is due to expire; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Clinton E. Case as a Member of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District for a term ending May 7, 2012.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Clinton E. Case as a Member of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District for a term ending May 7, 2012 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
