WHEREAS, Member Shari Levitsky Bornstein, M.D., M.P.H. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board has resigned; and

WHEREAS, your chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Walid Khayr, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Walid Khayr, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term ending June 30, 2015 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
