R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Petite Lake Road, County Highway 51, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, the free flow of traffic along Petite Lake Road is beneficial to the safety and welfare of the State of Illinois and the County as a whole; and

WHEREAS, the State of Illinois and Lake County believe it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Petite Lake Road could be improved, from Illinois Route 59 to Fairfield Road, by reconstruction and widening; and

WHEREAS, it is advisable that a firm be employed to provide professional services for Phase II design engineering services; and

WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm, Civiltech Engineering Inc., Itasca, Illinois, in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, for the reconstruction and widening of Petite Lake Road, from Illinois Route 59 to Fa...
