Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center received Ryan White Part A carryover funding through the Chicago Department of Public Health as a pass-through from the Health Resources and Services Administration in the amount of $75,988. The period of performance is from September 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026. The purpose of this funding is to support the purchase of vaccines to reduce and prevent vaccine-preventable infections among clients living with HIV and to mitigate the risk of syndemic co-morbidities and potential outbreaks through increased vaccination access. This will fund programs supplies and vaccines.
