WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the Lake County Public Aid Committee; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Catherine "Kay" Starostovic, Grant Township Supervisor, as a Member of the Lake County Public Aid Committee for a term ending November 30, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Catherine Starostovic as a Member of the Lake County Public Aid Committee be, and the same is hereby confirmed, for a term ending November 30, 2009, or until her successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
