Staff Summary

•                     The proposed project will reduce road flooding at Ballard Drive, reduce structural and nuisance flooding at PIN 1124301012, and improve the water quality of stormwater runoff flowing to the Middle Fork of the Chicago River North Branch.

•                     The proposed project includes the design, permitting, and construction of 786 linear feet of storm sewer.

•                     SMC approved the Eligibility Authorization for this project on November 7, 2024

•                     The estimated project cost is $394,335.

•                     Staff recommends funding the requested amount of $100,000.
