The LCHD/CHC EOC Plan was developed to manage risks in the environment related to safety and security for people, equipment, and other material. It provides a framework for providing a safe and healthy environment for staff, patients, clients, and visitors at LCHD/CHC by mitigating risk and preventing injury.
Information in this report includes an assessment of the planned objectives for 2024 and projected goals for 2025.
