RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) owns and operates facilities within the Libertyville, Illinois, campus; and

WHEREAS, the trusses in the light duty shop at the LCDOT were at the end of their useful life and needed repair; and

WHEREAS, the LCDOT made improvements to its facilities, which included repairing trusses; and

WHEREAS, on February 5, 2024, in accordance with Article 6-103 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, the County Engineer of Lake County declared that an emer...
