RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Peterson Road (County Highway 20) is a designated route on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, the free flow of traffic along Peterson Road is beneficial to the safety and welfare to the State of Illinois and the county as a whole; and
WHEREAS, Lake County believes it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Peterson Road at its intersection with IL Rte. 60 could be relocated; and
WHEREAS, the Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC holds an existing right of way easement agreement on land, a portion of which is now owned by Lake County; and
WHEREAS Lake County as owner of a portion of the land upon which the said easement is located has requested that the easement be amended to further define it; and
WHEREAS, the Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC and Lake County are desirous of entering into an agreement to provide for the amendment of the said existing right of way easement setting forth the term...
