As of November 2, 2023, there are 5,007 individuals on our general medicine new client wait list, 4,218 adults and 789 pediatrics. These individuals are looking to establish care in our following health centers:

• Midlakes: 22%
• Zion: 15%
• North Chicago: 12%
• Grand: 12%
• North Shore: 6%
• Libertyville: 4%

Dental Update
Delta Dental Grant: The Health Center Community Health Workers continue outreach to parents/guardians to promote oral health and schedule appointments for dental services.
