WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Dan Schmidt as a member of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District to fill the vacancy for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 5, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Dan Schmidt as a member of the Del Mar Woods Sanitary District for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 5, 2024, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
