R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, by prior resolution at its meeting of May 1, 2010, appropriated $50,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the concrete pavement patching; and

WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, by prior resolution at its meeting of June 13, 2010, appropriated a supplemental  $15,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the concrete pavement patching; and

WHEREAS, an additional supplemental appropriation of funds is deemed necessary to accommodate the road configuration separated by a raised median.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that there is hereby appropriated a supplemental amount of $15,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for concrete pavement patching on various county highways and designated as Section 10-00000-14-GM.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appropriation be processed by the County Engineer for final approval of the Illinois Department of Transportation in accordance with the “Agreement of Understanding” between the Illinois Department of Transportation and Lake County, dated January 22, 2003.
