RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of Kurt Stimpson as a Member of the Lakes Region Sanitary District has expired; and
WHEREAS, it is the request of your Chairman that Kurt Stimpson be reappointed as a trustee of the Lakes Region Sanitary District for a term ending May 7, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Kurt Stimpson is hereby reappointed to serve on the Lakes Region Sanitary District for a term ending May 7, 2012, or until his successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
