• In accordance with Paragraph II.E.2 of the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures, a request was made by Member Maine during the County Board Meeting on June 14, 2022, to amend the current Rules of Order and Operational Procedures with the above language.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures (“Board Rules”) were originally adopted on December 15, 2020, after the Lake County Board’s post-election reorganization, and
WHEREAS, the Board Rules were amended on February 9, 2021 (Rules Amendment Number One); and
WHEREAS, the Board Rules were amended on September 14, 2021 (Rules Amendment Number Two); and
WHEREAS, the Rules Committee has recommended amending the Board Rules by adding “Review of County Board Agenda” to the table in Section V.H (Committee of the Whole) under the header, “Responsible for Matters Pertaining to:”.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that Amendment Number Three to the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures includes the addition of “Review of County Board Agenda” to the table in Section V.H (Committee of the Whole) under the header, “Responsible for Matters Pertaining to:”.
