$10,000 Donation to Women’s Residential Services - Testa

Women’s Residential Services (WRS) received a donation from the Van Pelt Foundation in the amount of $10,000. This is a one time donation and was not previously appropriated. This donation was sought out by a resident on behalf of the program. WRS staff has identified a need for various equipment that would benefit the clients.
Suggested Motion
To accept the donation of $10,000 and, if necessary, to authorize the Executive Director to execute an emergency appropriation or line item transfer to allow for expenditure of these funds for enhanced programming in the Women’s Residential Services program.
