Staff Summary

•                     The County, the Village of Volo and the Lakes Region Sanitary District entered into an Agreement for Sewage Disposal in November, 2004.

•                     The agreement provided for sanitary sewer service to the Village of Volo with local service provided via the Lakes Region Sanitary District with certain conditions and limitations placed on sanitary sewer connection authorization within the Volo Service Subarea.

•                     The Lakes Region Sanitary District, provides an annual report to the County that documents the permits allocated within the Volo Service Subarea.

•                     A copy of this report was e-mailed to each committee member and will be reviewed with committee for discussion.
