WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board; and OR

WHEREAS, the term of Michael Waxman as a Member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Lavanya Srinivasan as a Member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term ending June 30, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Lavanya Srinivasan as Member on the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term ending June 30, 2016 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
