R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Midlothian Road (County Highway 48) is a designated route on the county highway system; and

WHEREAS, Midlothian Road will be extended northerly from the existing fairground entrance to Harris Road; and

WHEREAS, Lake County by and through its Division of Transportation has caused to be prepared preliminary plans and right-of-way plats, said plats identifying right-of-way needs and depicted in Exhibit B contained within the agreement attached hereto; and

WHEREAS, Commonwealth Edison Company, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, is the owner of property situated within the proposed new right-of-way lines of Midlothian Road; and

WHEREAS, Lake County and Commonwealth Edison Company are desirous of entering into an agreement stating the current terms and conditions by which Commonwealth Edison Company will grant said easements to the Division of T...
