* Lake County Public Works owns, operates, and maintains over 470 miles of sanitary sewer pipe, seven regional interceptors and 112 sanitary lift stations and pump stations throughout the County.

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the County of Lake (County) owns, operates, and maintains over 470 miles of sanitary sewer pipe, seven regional interceptors and 112 sanitary lift stations and pump stations throughout the County; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to lease a Vactor 2100i PD sewer cleaner to perform the sewer cleaning and inspections for the Public Works sanitary sewer; and

WHEREAS, Purchasing identified a cooperative purchasing contract with a current term through November 29, 2025, with Standard Equipment, Elmhurst, Illinois, through a Joint Purchasing Vactor Manufacturing Cooperative Agreement to procure equipment, products, or services; and
