Staff Summary
· The subdivision is located on the north side of Belvidere Road approximately one-quarter mile west of Hunt Club Road in Warren Township (District 11).
· The applicant requests an extension of the performance period beyond the maximum permitted three-year period to implement a new marketing program and to resolve all remaining performance items.
· A recent inspection of the subdivision determined that the performance assurances cannot be released at this time.
· Staff recommends approval of the variance with an extension of the performance period until November 20, 2012.
