WHEREAS, Jeff Blair has resigned from the Lakeside Cemetery Association; and
WHEREAS, Jeff’s resignation creates a vacancy on the Lakeside Cemetery Association; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Sean Matthews as a trustee of the Lakeside Cemetery Association to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2030.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Sean Matthews as a trustee of the Lakeside Cemetery Association to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2030, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
