Staff Summary

•                     An annual audit of the Public Works Department is conducted as a separate audit from County Corporate audit because Public works operates as an Enterprise Fund with separate funding.

•                     Virchow, Krause & Company was hired by the County to conduct the Public Works Enterprise audit and has prepared a Financial Statements report in addition to a Management Letter for FY 2008.

•                     Audit highlights and a review of the FY 2008 Financial Statements will be provided by Mr. John Andres, CPA, President of Virchow, Krause & Company.
