RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, maintains and operates the main conference room audio-video components; and

WHEREAS, the existing components have reached their end of life and are no longer supported by the manufacturer, putting them at risk of additional hardware failures; and

WHEREAS, CTI, Itasca, Illinois, will be utilized to replace the audio-video components and upgrade the main conference room technology; and

WHEREAS, Purchasing identified a cooperative purchasing contract with CTI, Itasca, Illinois, through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) to procure the required audio-video components that were competitively solicited and awarded; and

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Chapter 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Joint Purchasing Authorized, the County may participate in a cooperative Purchasing Agreement for the procurem...
