Staff Summary

•                     Attached are the current Finance policies that govern Budget Preparation, Budget Execution and the specific guidelines for preparation of the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget. In preparation for the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget, staff has provided redlined recommendations for review and discussion with the Committee.

•                     The final policies, with any proposed changes, will be provided at the April 9, 2026, Financial and Administrative Committee meeting for consideration and action.
