* Data Intensity provides functional support for our legacy BOSS system including operational support, troubleshooting issues, and system customizations.
* This support is critical to maintaining stable, reliable operations by quickly resolving functional issues, supporting time-sensitive business cycles, and ensuring system outputs.
* The renewal of these services provides deep expertise and knowledge of Oracle systems and programming required to support the BOSS application through the sunsetting phase of BOSS.
* This agreement provides 240 hours per month to be utilized 24/7 at our direction based on business need.
* In accordance with Section 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with TD Synnex DLT Solutions has been identified through General Services Administration (GS-35F-267DA) to procure needed goods, services, constructions, or professional services that have been competitively solicited and awarded.

WHEREAS, Data Intensity provides functional support for our legacy BOSS system including operational support, troubleshooting issues, and system customizations; and
WHEREAS, this support is critical to maintaining stable, reliable operations by quickly resolving functional issues, supporting time-sensitive business cycles, and ensuring system outputs; and
