                     WHEREAS, the term of Shari Bornstein as a Member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board is due to expire; and

                     WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Shari Bornstein as a Member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term ending June 30, 2012.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Shari Bornstein as a Member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term ending June 30, 2012 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
