WHEREAS, the term of David A. Harris as a Member of the Rockland Fire Protection District is due to expire; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Rockland Fire Protection District as a Member of the Rockland Fire Protection District for a term ending May 7, 2009.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of David Harris as Member of the Rockland Fire Protection District for a term ending May 7, 2009 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
