RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Midlothian Road (County Highway 48) is a designated route on the county highway system; and

WHEREAS, by prior resolution of this County Board of Lake County Illinois, Midlothian Road has been extended northerly from Peterson Road to the approximate entrance of the Lake County Fairgrounds; and

WHEREAS, Lake County now desires to extend Midlothian Road from its existing northerly terminus northerly to Harris Road; and

WHEREAS, the design engineering for this second extension of Midlothian Road to Harris Road has been partially completed by Spaceco, Inc., Rosemont, Illin...
