Staff Summary

                     The Human Resources Department will periodically review and recommend updates to employee policies in accordance with current best practices.

                     The County does not currently have a paid parental leave policy.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, The Human Resources Department will periodically review and recommend updates to employee policies in accordance with current best practices; and

 

Whereas, The County does not currently have a paid parental leave policy.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois that the Paid Parental Leave, in the Employee Policies and Procedures manual herewith be approved.
