R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, by prior resolution at its meeting of June 8, 2004, appropriated $720,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for Phase II engineering services (Design Engineering) and designated Section 08-00999-02-RP; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation of funds is deemed necessary for the above said improvement; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that there is hereby appropriated a supplemental amount of $20,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for Phase II engineering services (Design Engineering) for the proposed extension of Cedar Lake Road (County Highway 81) from IL Rt. 120 southerly to IL Rt. 60 and designated as Section 00-00266-00-FP.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appropriation be processed by the County Engineer for final approval of the Illinois Department of Transportation in accordance with the "Agreement of Understanding" between the Illinois Department of Transportation and Lake County, dated January 22, 2003.
