New Client Wait List
As of July 30, 2025, there are 3,289 individuals on our general medicine new client waitlist, 3,048 adults and 241 pediatrics. These individuals are looking to establish care in our following health centers:
• Belvidere Medical Building: 39%
• Midlakes: 24%
• Zion: 18%
• Grand: 10%
• North Chicago: 8%
• Libertyville: 1%
• North Shore: LT 1%
The total new client wait list has been increased by 263 individuals. There were 359 adults added to the wait list since July 8, 2025, report to Governing Council. The pediatric wait list decreased by 96 individuals. There are currently 32 new patient appointment slots/week.
