WHEREAS, the term of Theodore Sittig as a member of the Beach Park Fire Protection District has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Theodore Sittig as a member of the Beach Park Fire Protection District for a term beginning on Monday, May 1, 2023 and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Theodore Sittig as a member of the Beach Park Fire Protection District for a term beginning on Monday, May 1, 2023 and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
