WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the reconstruction of the intersection of Illinois Route 59 and Grand Avenue, and designated as Section 10-00279-01-CH; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on August 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
