RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Paul Chominski as a member of the Lakeside Cemetery Association expired on July 11, 2017; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Paul Chominski as member of the Lakeside Cemetery Association for the term ending in July 11, 2023.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Paul Chominski as member of the Lakeside Cemetery Association for a term ending July 11, 2023 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
