RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures (“Board Rules”) were originally adopted on December 16, 2022 after the Lake County Board’s post-election reorganization; and
WHEREAS, the Board Rules were amended on October 10, 2023 (Rules Amendment Number One); and
WHEREAS, the Rules Committee has recommended additional amendments to the Board Rules, via approved committee actions on May 30, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the attached County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures, Rules Amendment Number Two, is hereby approved.
