RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the terms of John Madden and Jack Mumaw as trustees of the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District have expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointments of Julie Novak and Maria Peterson as trustees of the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District for terms beginning on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Julie Novak and Maria Peterson as trustees of the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District for terms beginning on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
