WHEREAS, Request for Proposals were called for by publication for lease of county property for farming; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication, Request for Proposals were extended to 32 vendors and two sealed proposals were received ranging from $142.50 to $251 per acre; and
WHEREAS, Lake County has determined that the proposal submitted by Baletech Inc., Spring Grove, IL is the best revenue proposal submitted for the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chairman of the Board is hereby directed to enter into a lease with Baletech, Inc., Spring Grove, IL in the amount of $11,295 at a rate of $251 per acre for a one-year period for the Lease of County Property for Farming; and request its adoption
