WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Emergency Telephone Safety Board created by Theodore Hennessy; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Tom Bender as a member of the Emergency Telephone Safety Board for a term ending November 30, 2015.
