RESOLUTION

 

WHEREAS, the term of Linda Soto as Director of the Suburban Bus Board of Directors (formerly PACE) expired on June 30, 2026; and

 

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Matthew Hickey as Director of the Suburban Bus Board of Directors for a term beginning September 1, 2026, and ending on August 31, 2031.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Matthew Hickey as Director of the Suburban Bus Board of Directors for a term beginning September 1, 2026, and ending on August 31, 2031, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
